What affects my video watching? User's computer speed, ram and network connection. Servers bandwidth and file size. Most of which is out of the users control but the faster the component, the better the video.
Video is jerky? Press the stop button and wait a few moments. Then press the play button. The video is not yet downloaded and you are attempting to play the portion of the video that is still downloading.
No video frame? User is seeing a blank screen or an outline with error message. Your browser doesn't have the required plugin, download the latest version of your browser. It may also be the user does not have the required player. Check to see what file type it is and download the latest player. Windows Media Player, Quicktime, Flash.
No video yet I hear audio? You don't have the correct video codec installed on your computer, search the website to see if they mention the special codec or email the webmaster to fine the appropriate one. Note: ActionDVR.com uses standard video codecs that just about all computers have, no special codecs are required to view any of these video unless specifically specified.
Still having trouble viewing the video? Press the stop button and wait for the entire video to load or click on the download button to download it to your desktop.
Most important, be patient. Videos need time to load. ActionDVR.com attempts to minimize the waiting by letting the user view the beginning of the video while the rest of the video downloads.
